Search For Your Home
Once the criteria have been established, it is now time to search for your home. As your Realtor, I am at your service to provide information on listings that fit your criteria and present them to you to peruse. You may already have a home in mind that you qualify, in which case this process is simplified.
After the home searching has started, I will be able to set up showings for you to look at the homes on your list. As your Realtor, I am able to take you in each home and provide you with information about the home that only a licensed real estate agent can provide to you. I will be here to answer your questions, inquire about the home to the listing agent or homeowner and give you the information that you need.
Contract Review Process
Upon deciding on a home, I can begin the contract contract process. This entails writing down your offer to the seller and an extensive review of the obligations all parties will have for the duration of the contractual agreement.
Once the offer has been presented to the listing agent, contract negotiations commence. I will work you and the selling agent to come to a final purchase agreement that will be satisfying.
Purchase and Closing Process
When the negotitations have been settled and your offer has been accepted, I will be monitoring the required date deadlines and helping you coordinate your home inspection. I will be here to assist with answering any questions you may have and guiding you through the process.
